You can close your account yourself at any time, in the app or right here. It takes a minute.
This draft describes how Gully Pay works today, based on what the product actually does. Our lawyers have not reviewed it yet, and the reviewed version may change the wording. Questions: [email protected].
Ways to delete your account

Before you delete
So that no money is ever left behind, deletion waits until:
- your Gully Pay wallet is empty (send everything to another wallet you control; a little gas dust is fine),
- no payout is still in progress for a business you are the only owner of,
- that business is not still owed a stablecoin balance (pay it out from the Finance page),
- it has no checkout a customer could still pay (they expire after 30 minutes) and no open dispute.
The form above checks all of this for you and says exactly what is left to do.
What happens to your data
Your email, name, password and two-factor secret are removed at once, you are signed out on every device and push notifications stop. Businesses you were the only owner of close; businesses with another owner keep running without you. Records that financial law requires us to keep stay, linked only to an anonymous id:

Full details are in the privacy policy. Blockchain transactions are public and permanent and cannot be deleted by anyone.
Deleting by email
If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it is you, run the same checks, and finish within 30 days. If funds are still held for you, we contact you first so they can be returned.
